André Júlio Turquesa is a singer-songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist currently residing in Porto. He released his first LP Orgônio, in March 2020, considered by Blitz as one of the 50 best national albums and had the single “Ninguém” featured in Antena 3’s Portugália and in the New Talents Fnac of that year. In 2021 he released the soundtrack of the play “ALMA” by Tiago Correia, distinguished with the SPA 2018 Portuguese Theater Grand Prix. He composes for Theatre, Cinema and Television, frequently collaborating with national and international structures and is currently one of the 9 artists selected for Trempolino's Slash European Program. His 4th album of originals is scheduled for release in 2023.
